These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile/web application (the “App”) provided by [InterU Network and VANSTU CONSULTING] (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

The App is intended for use by users (brokers, also known as connectors) to sign up and provide us with their or their prospective clients' info to us and also for them to communicate directly with us on the app. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canada and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

In no event shall we or our affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

We may terminate your access to the App, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columnia, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is done, it will be updated on this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
